At The CAPETTI GROUP Law Offices, we charge an hourly rate for expungements with a minimum, non-refundable fee.

For previous clients, our minimum, non-refundable fee is $500.00 plus costs, which covers 3 hours.

For new clients, our minimum, non-refundable fee is $750.00 plus costs which covers 4 hours.

Our hourly rate is $155.00 per hour for each hour of out of court work; and $205.00 per hour for work performed in court.

In addition, there will be costs such as obtaining a certified copy of the judgment of conviction, obtaining of fingerprints, and a filing fee of $80.00, which is paid to the Oregon State Police to do a background check.
